1. Craft Your Healthy Choices Meal Plan – Thurs Sept 22 @ 8pm
This is your introduction to the 5 P’s of Successful Healthy Eating that will craft the foundation of your meal plan.
The meal plan you create will be based on what you enjoy eating and can be used immediately to savour healthier meals.
This simple, versatile approach is great for those looking for weight management tools and more energy in their lives.
2. Transitional Tastes – Thurs Sept 29 @ 8pm
Having issues with dairy, gluten, sugar or just want to expand your choices to include healthier variety?
Explore tasty eating alternatives with 8 delicious food options and 4 delicious meal samples.
3. Sports Improvement and Meditation – Thurs Oct 6 @ 8pm
Take the essence of meditative methods and apply them to the sporting arena to elevate your performance. You will:
- learn a simple meditative technique with multiple benefits
- increase your ability to focus
- harness the power of present moment awareness
- tap the power of your breath
- improve your poise
4. Sports Nutrition – Thurs Oct 13 @ 8pm
This is for the athlete partaking in events from 30minutes to 3 hours in duration and will look at:
- hydration and electrolytes
- buffers
- protein and other nutrient requirements
- activity day meal planning to optimize performance and recovery
