Nature is Wherever You Are – How to Tap its Power

Nature has always been a sanctuary to me.  A place where I can just be and let go.  Whether it’s a walk in a park or a run down by the water at night.   The benefits of the cognitive shift you experience communing with nature are highlighted in this study.
